Soneto Jewelry
Soneto started with just me, but over time the company grew and I started hiring and expanding the team. These were the first steps I took when starting the business. I used a variety of research methodologies, such as A/B testing, interviews, surveys, benchmarking and market analysis.
This was an exploratory research I led at Soneto Jewelry. The paramount objective of the study is to understand costumers mindset, when and what they decide to buy an accessory or a jewel for them or for others.
Background and Goals
I was building our company from the ground, so I needed all information I could get. I did some desk research to begin with and understand where I should focus my work.
Goals
-
Understand who are our target customer.
-
Understand where to find our customer online.
-
Understand how the shopping pattern of our customer is.
-
Understand how our client feel about our product.

Method
To achieve these goals, I decided to adopt a variety of UXR practices to collect both qualitative and quantitative data from target users. I first sent surveys to our client data base of our website and then ask for volunteers in our social media. I also conducted 10 interviews with costumers to get qualitative data about our product and their experience with it. Additionally, I ran many social media ads in A/B test format to comprehend and observe the behavior of our target customers.

Key Learnings
-
With this researches I could have a better idea who are our main costumers and how to reach them more efficiently.
-
Interviewing our clients helped us to improve our product, their feedback was crucial to make improvements in our designs, especially in our bracelets.
-
We changed our delivery methods after the surveys because we found out that many users of the e-commerce didn’t finalize the checkout because of the delivery fee.
-
We redesigned our social ads after many analysis and understanding each audience segmentation.
