Anelise Witt
With over 10 years of experience, my journey goes through design, entrepreneurship, UX research, product management, and education. From PhD research to entrepreneurship, my career has been anything but linear—and I see that as a strength!
Currently, I am a university professor in Brasília, where I teach and mentor startups, helping them develop their businesses, understand their users, and build a strong product vision.
In parallel, I work as a researcher in a company that collaborates with the Ministry of Science and Technology, developing projects focused on innovation and technological advancement.
I believe my experience allows me to bridge different fields, combining academic rigor, an entrepreneurial mindset, and expertise in product and innovation to create solutions that truly impact people and businesses.

Professor, UX Researcher and Product Manager at IDP - Brazilian Institute of Education, Development and Research
Activities: Teaching and mentoring startups in the area of Product Manager and UX Research. I have guided startups and various student initiatives to solve problems through innovation. In a project that I mentored, 50% of the solutions developed were acquired by the market.

Researcher and Product Manager at Softex
Activities: Research and market analysis to develop and design projects and products that assist in the application and development of public policies in the areas of technology, entrepreneurship and innovation.

Designer and Product Manager at Freelancer
Brand is a product, and I have managed and developed some products on social media for clients. Conducted benchmarking, customer and user research, planned the brand and product vision, and monitored the execution of all customer activities and metrics.
2017 - 2022
Designer and Product Manager at Soneto Jewelry
Activities: As an entrepreneur, I have performed all product management tasks, from discovery to delivery. I designed the products, tested them, made low and high fidelity prototypes, performed usability tests, conducted interviews and user research, led the team, managed stakeholders, monitored metrics, KPIs, took care of the website, online sales, customer service and everything else that was necessary.
